Baskin-robbins - Long Beach

This place is okay , but if you order a cake through the app don't order the create your own photocake I've done this 3 times and each time there machine isn't working it's disappointing cause i look forward to getting a photo cake but have been let down and they also call you the same day you need the cake so you can't even go to another place cause they call you last minute try giving this location a chance but 3 time's is ridiculous should just take out the option on the app

Came here with the T-Mobile promo once, and got like an Oreo cappuccino mixed with s'mores ice cream milkshake thing. And the large was such a giant serving! I have not seen that large of a cup in a long time. The shake was also so good! The workers made it with love I could tell, and they also seem to like working there.

Would not recommend coming to this location. It is not the cleanest the workers aren't the most helpful. I wish I would have took a picture of my ice but I didn't. It was great until I got down to the last few bites and notice a hair mixed in the ice cream. Out of all things I find that the most disgusting (hair in food). So, long story short if you happen to come here just know you might come across poor service.

They are always nice here, even when i come in close to closing time. the only complaint i have is, the shakes are $10. and at other locations $8.

I ordered ice cream on the Uber Eats app and when my ice cream arrived, it looked like a malt rather than ice cream. This location isn't that far from where live and when l get ice cream, l want it frozen and ready to eat, not drink. Very disappointed with Baskin Robbins.... guess I'll have to go elsewhere to get ice cream. On Uber Eats, they have a 4+ star rating. Here l see they have a 2.5 star rating......now l see why.....
