Einstein Bros. Bagels - Long Beach

Not sure how an order for a plain bagel with cream cheese can get messed up but it did- not sure what bagel it is but its NOT plain. And two breakfast sandwiches ordered with whole wheat bagels BOTH came on cinnamon raisin bagels. Very disappointed. Both sandwiches probably would be delicious on a different bagel-as ordered.

Ordered coffee and they didnt include any sugar or creamer, just plain black, terrible tasting coffee. no option when ordering to request them either.

Love this place, begals are always fresh they got so many variety of bagels, smears. They serve coffe, hot chocolate, blend mochas and so on. Places is very clean, their staff very friendly, I dont mind the 30 mins. drive becuse I know am getting fresh begals. They also cater and delever.
