I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It seems like they rely solely on their name for business but they cannot compare to other franchise shops on 6th Ave Square. I now understand why they only have a rating of 3.3 stars.
This was the worst plate of chicken I have ever had. I truly believed that they had forgotten to season it. The chicken tasted like it was overcooked and bland. I will definitely not be ordering it again.
Eating is bland, tastes like sysco huh they hardly seasoned. the chicken over orange rice was so dry, the flafels are tasteless, the price is 12$ a dish? the factory packed white sauce is watered down and the spicy sauce is definitiw too spicy for most people. the Pita bread was either stale or simply dry and blande, the salat was ok. but 12$ for a record that only bland, possibly gave me dizzy and nowhere to go and to laguardia community college and order from the lkw on the road. cheaper, spiced, give them free French pommes when they ask. never go to these halal guys
Should have read the reviews before ordering..Price (27$ for two circular plates!? and smaller versions than that of manhattan:
I live in timesquare and at least once or twice a week we eat at the halal food truck by 53 st ,and this is nothing I mean nothing compared to that, they put verrry little food one of wraps and I asked no lettuce then it was only tomatoes inside,no onions at all,and both wraps doesn’t have sauce inside only on the side, which is not the case in other locations, cause now we had to open both wraps and but sauce inside and mixed it with the meat ,and I don’t know why the bread was cold,it was just such a horrible experience, and let’s not even talk about the fact it’s more then 2 dollars expensive then the Manhattan location and it’s way less portion
