1-2 times per week I make a mobile order and head to pick up my chai and egg bites. Always asking for the egg bites in an oatmeal cup with a fork and knife. Last week I pulled through the line to announce on the speaker I had done a mobile order, the voice on the other end replied “we’ve got you, AND we have your egg bites ready in the oatmeal cup with a fork and knife”Out of the many customers they serve daily, they remembered ME!To Addie, Megan and Lauren, thank you for making me feel seen and for such incredible customer service! I have been raving about this experience all week long.
Hey we asked for a nitro and I think they gave us an iced coffee because it had something very bitter mixed in I’ve had some bad experiences at this specific store and I’m wondering who the owners and managers are that it should keep happening over the years where I get things like extremely water down coffee not the things I request likes sugars and then the little bit of cheating putting iced coffee in a nitro that’s what it tasted like this specific store I guess has personal problems with me because everyone else seems to have good experiences so watch out maybe I’m not in the right clique? 17th and Hover Starbucks, pass.
Every time I go to the drive-thru I can't completely get my order out of my mouth before the person at the window Cuts me off it is super frustrating I wish that they would stop be patient and let the customer complete their order on their own also I ordered a $7 cup of coffee and when I got it it was a quarter of the way full I am not going to spend $7 for a drink and a half of coffee
This is a great location. Love the staff, the selection, and the ease of accessing the store.
