The servers were incredibly rude and lacked a customer-focused approach. They require additional training to improve their politeness towards guests. Who would want to dine in a place like this? Seriously! Food rating: 1/5.

We come here for the squid! The dipping sauce is good. Halo halo is also good here. Sometimes we get combo meals with other Filipino dishes to pair up with the squid. Wish they had the same breakfast options like the one in the Valley.Plenty of parking.

As for the food, the pork skewers were either too dry or too fatty, and there wasn’t enough sauce to enhance the flavor. The chicken skewers were an improvement and came in larger portions; however, they were still a bit too salty for my taste. Regarding the service, the cashier was incredibly slow—taking over five minutes just to check out one customer while the line built up. Despite the growing queue, no one else came forward to assist at the register. There were only about three people in line before placing my order, and it took a frustrating 15-20 minutes just to finish checking out. Really? On a positive note, the combo plates and side dish options looked significantly better than at other Grill City locations I've visited, though I didn’t have the chance to try them this time. Fortunately, the mall wasn’t too crowded, so finding a seat wasn’t an issue.

Great quick food while shopping at the mall. As a Mexican I love anything with rice and I love Filipino food like this. It's also the best for a hangover : love the grab and go tocinos at seafood city as well and they are always so kind helping me out

Discusting service, foods badly cook.They cramp your food in a very tiny plastic container. The plastic spoons are the cheapest like a baby spoon.No water they want you to buy?
