It's right between the village at Topanga, and Costco, so you can really get any type of shopping done!! like to hit the village, get some clothes and just browse around, then grab a bite, and lastlystop by Costco to get food and groceries on my way home! Lots of parking, and it's free for a couple hours, so you don't have torush!
A better curbside pickup facility will help a lot. Not a marked area for new customers to use the curbside pickup option.
Please monitor your ingredients. The last 2 times i went, the lettuce is wilted, the olives were mushy/bad, the bread was kind of stale. This quality issue never happens at sweet green. I see no reason why i?ll go back.
The place looks kinda old. No music playing. Chicken sandwich was kinda dry and barely had any sauce. Not worth it especially for the price of $14 after tax
On Wednesday 6/22 I ordered the chicken noodle soup in bread bowl through DoorDash. The cafe forgot to include the bread, so I called them and when discussed with the manager, I was promised a refund and agreed I can reorder. I asked the manager toinclude a receipt of the refund with the new order. Long story short, DoorDash brought my second order which was complete, except for the receipt I asked for. I called the cafe for a second time and spoke to a different manager. She took myinformation and promised me a call that same day. Never heard back from anyone, neither received a refund. For a last time Itried contacting Panera Bread through it?s app, but a week passed and no one got back to me. Not lost whole a lot of money but Ifeel so much of my time wasted and prefer not to order from Panera ever again.
