Sycamore Tavern - Los Angeles

Great food, great service and the best eagles bar I found on the west coast. the place becomes ecstatic during the games! the tavern burger is the way to go if you want to enjoy a good meal. best bar environment by far!

Had an event at The Dojo of Comedy, located upstairs at The Sycamore Tavern. Great little room. Good for about 80 people, and has it's own bar. Show was great, drinks were good, and the buffalo spring rolls I had were definitely memorable.

New place for me and what a find ! Bartender suggested the meatballs OMG Beyond they came with pizza rolls with garlic parmesan cheese homemade marinara and it tasted like it was made in house. Totally suggest this place great music good prices and happy hour and the parking free always

I came here for a sports event and sat at a booth. Service is pretty slow at the booth. The waitress left glasses from the previous customers at ours and took 15 min to clean it up before we could get menus. From what I understand if you sit at the bar there's better service. Prices were $10-20 for food and beer under $10. Good burgers and lots of parking. But the portions can be small. Watch the bill if you pay cash, since we were given incorrect change.

I attended the open mic here. It's where the comics who can't get into the Comedy Store go to soak their sad egos in each other's excuses. Don't get me wrong. There were talented comics, but the vibe was soaked in alcohol and weed, dulling even the sober stars from shining. No respect was established or enforced, leading to frustrated comics, who just wanted to be heard, reaching their breaking point.
