We wanted some Cajun food while passing through Louisiana. Tiger Cafe was conveniently right off the highway. We gave it a try and we were not disappointed. Our waitress made us feel right at home and was so kind to us, and the food was amazing authentic Cajun food. My husband got the sampler so he could try a little of everything and I got the chicken sausage Gumbo.
