Caspian Grill Persian Bistro

I absolutely loved the food! The owner was wonderful, and everything was so fresh. I would definitely dine here again and look forward to trying more dishes.

So far, this was the smallest serving of koobideh kabab I have ever had, and it wasn’t cooked as well as I typically expect in a traditional Persian restaurant. The quality of the rice also did not match what I've experienced at other Persian places. If you're Persian, you might find the food lacks authenticity here. However, their kashk bademjan was decent.

Absolutely amazing! I ordered the chicken kabob with salad, and it was delicious! The tzatziki was the best I've ever had, and the portion of chicken was very generous. It did take about 30 minutes to get my food since they were short-staffed and quite busy, but I completely understand.

This is one of the tastiest meals I've ever had in my life. I got the steak kabob and I will definitely come again and again every time I'm in Louisville.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since i was 17 years old. I am now 26 and the owner remembers my face which always makes me feel so special. The owner is such a kind and hard working gentleman! I thought they closed down completely a few years ago and was heartbroken. But to my pleasant surprise they reopened!! I love this restaurant. Everything i’ve had on the menu is delicious. Truly such a great louisville local spot to dine! The caspian grill always has my business
