Con Huevos! - Louisville

Good place for breakfast in an open bright location. Tried this place out for some classic Mexican breakfast. Ordering is easy at the counter and then seating. Huevos rancheros came out to order. Flavor was good and egg was cooked nicely. The cafe conleche, also good. The service is quick and tables turn over quickly. parking is plentiful.

First time visiting today. The setup of this restaurant is pretty horrible. It 's super busy. There 's barely any order. We came in with a decent sized party, and considering the line, we thought it 'd be easier to sit at a table and send one person up toorder to ease up on the massive traffic jam. There were a few other tables still empty and lots outside, so it was busy, butthere was still seating. However, a waitress came over and said the tables were reserved and we couldn 't sit there. I don 'treally understand, bc I looked it up and there aren 't reservations for this restaurant. I think the system was that everyonestand in line and then hope for a table when you get through, so we 're weren 't supposed to sit down yet. But I highlyrecommend you figure out a new system. If you 're going to regulate where people sit, then hire some waitresses and fix the crazyline system. Have people wait to be seated and bring them some food. Otherwise, if people are going to eat there, let them sitdown (especially when they have multiple young children who would do much better coloring at a table then standing in a verylong line. We simply left and went to Napa River for brunch. It was excellent and I highly recommend. Good food. Good prices.Good service. The system there makes sense. They even had a basket of toys for the kids to pick something out. It was veryopposite of our experience here. I 'm not really anxious to try again. It was loud, chaotic, and unimpressive and a bit rude.Meh. Maybe the food is good, but there are lots of places with good food.

Cool spot, popular with groups of all ages. Latin owned, staff friendly. Interior decor was clean and neat. Food was ok.

Staff is extremely friendly and the food is great. I don?t think I?ve ever tasted a better breakfast burrito than the one I had here. I recommend this place 10/10
