Kern's Korner Tavern - Louisville

Stopped at this place for the reviews. Ordered a Cheeseburger and it was as good as one you would make at home, if not better. The kids had a fried bologna sandwich and a grilled cheese, both were good. Waitress said they get the ground beef fresh daily from Kingleys arond the corner. Total price for my meal was $6.50 (burger was $6, chips were $0.50 and I had water)

Driving by looking for something new for lunch. Stopped at KK actually to turn around, went in instead. Had the burger, chili and a couple drinks. Worked out great.

Was looking to grab a bite for lunch....place looked busy so stopped and we're not disappointed. Menu is simple, burgers are great, small bar and wide selection of adult beverages. You place order at the bar and bring food to you. Has feel of local place for friends to meet. Would go again.

I have passed Kerns a thousand plus times in my life and have never done more than say hey wonder what that place is all about well tonight was the night and I chose it because a buddy who is in town said let 's just grab a beer and a burger. So what you will find is a miniaturization of Cheers...this place is for locals. However they treated us as regulars! The service was great and this place was busy, burgers are simple but tasty and the bar selection is more than your average local place. Beer is ice cold and yes they even have Stella for the beer snobs on tap. So all in all if your in the mood for an unpretentious burger and beer go to Kerns Korner its a place for everyone.

Nothing fancy but very tasty. One of the best burgers in Louisville great customer service. Very well priced.
