Panera Bread - Louisville

First time at this location. Very pleased with the quick service in the midst of a busy environment. Employees were very friendly and engaged with customers. Food quality is top notch. I love the Mediterranean bowl with chicken! The bowls are a great option for those who need to eat gluten free. Very healthy and filling.

Had a larger order for lunch to day and everything came out fresh and on time. Gentleman handling pick up orders was kind and helpful.

I like Panara; they aren 't the most helpful.if you 're are gluten intolerant. The only entrees celiacs can have there are the salads minus frizzled onions/ croutons, the fruit cup. Staff there need to be educated re celiac ; I asked for a banana instead of an apple ' ...because I am gluten intolerant: ', I was given french bread, a banana, an apple. Anyone working in restaurants needs to understand gluten intolerance and celiac disease. That should go without saying. The new Mexican corn chowder is delicious and gluten free, I want to try the BBQ chicken salad its gluten free if you skip the frizzled onions.
