The Manhattan Project - Louisville

Craig was very knowledgeable on the menu and made some delicious suggestions when we decided to make a decision. service was fast and eating came out quickly. the thun-fish tare was absolutely phenomenal. I was skeptical, but it was an amazing court. the burger was delicious and perfectly cooked and the beer cheese suppe was great. my only question was that I was too full to try the bourbon brotpudding. I'm sure it would be amazing. overall it was a great experience and eating was good worth every penny. we will definitely be back and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal and some cocktails.

I'm the chef in baxters is our sister's restaurant and I worked there with brunch. I really recommend that they check, tmp..the coworkers is excellent. the chef. nick bean is awesome....and if they want good food at a fair price...then they have to go over their back...oh and don't forget to come daddystyle at baxter's for brisket and fish Tacos...the best they ever have...ijs

Lunch for 1 on Sunday afternoon. server was friendly and attentive. I upgraded the clifton burger and a side of Mac cheese. with several items on the menu centered on the Mac cheese I expected it to be exceptional. it was good, but not amazing. the burger was incredible! I would recommend it to everyone. I will be back in any case!

What a great place! The staff was very accommodating for our group and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. What an eclectic menu for food and drink. Definitely worth a visit several times! The drink is called Old Smoky. The rest is: Cheese Curds. Pickle fries. Prime rib and onion straw sandwich. Grilled cheese and morning and blackberry jam. Veggie Flatbread. Soaked tomatoes Mac and cheese.

Food was good, service was nice and the atmosphere was good for a casual dinner with a sports sausage in the stern. Nice cocktail and beer selection. Special day of the week and brunch until 1 on Sunday. I recommend the PB
