Smashburger

My favorite burger place in Louisville. I wish they had one in fern creek instead of homerun. They're shakes are amazing! I have yet to try their chicken but it looks good too. Try the smash tots if you like tatertots but want a little extra flavor.

Food ok for the price.Service Holly (manager? is the ultimate toxic boss. Micromanaging employees, more worried about food costs than time and the guests to the restaurant. Take out orders took priority over dine in she was annoyed she had any visitors at all. She wasn't worried about people yelling at the workers or what conversations could be overheard in the lobby.Atmosphere slippery floors, dirty tables, and employee attention and attitude just added to the environment.Don't recommend. Go somewhere else.

Foods good. Susan at the front counter is a bit edgy. The staff in general just seem a bit hostile.

Oily fries we no good. Burger over cooked. Will try again and change review accordingly. Maybe just an off day.
