Wendy's - Loveland

We went there today and the drivethru was very busy (they just closed lobbies again due to COVID), but as soon as we got to the speaker, we were greeted with the nicest hello. Turning the corner to pay, there was no waiting. As the payment went through, the girl at the window asked us how our day was and had a very genuine conversation with us. Then we got our food immediately and it was all hot and fresh. Great Wendy’s experience, both customer service and delicious food.

It's my favorite fast food restaurant. The hamburgers are always juicy. The product delivered is consistent. Now all things said, it's about this place on Eagle drive. Not all Wendy's locales are as good as this one. I'm sure it has to do with their management. I only drive to this Wendy's, it's the best one in this area of Loveland. Thank you for your service.

Get it together. a brotclip on my burger is not what I ordered. Thank you for trying to kill me.

Wendy's is always good. Took off a star since there is no dining inside. It's 2022, not 2021 anymore.

I usually love this place but the last several times I ordered from here I have been missing something. Last time it was one of my drinks. Before that it was salad dressing, straws, and little things like that. I work food service so I know it can happen but it is becoming habit. Something needs to change.
