Idk what kind of chef would send out that salmon. Yikes. Mine was not edible at all, kinda bogus.Lmao acting like you didn’t know about the terrible quality of the Salmon before sending out.“Please know that this is not a reflection of the standards we uphold at Signature Banquets.” Yeah okay.

I had my wedding here and the service was phenomenal! Johnny Cathy were so great to work with and made the planning a breeze. The venue is clean and modern. All of my guests were raving about how good the food was. Thanks for making our day so special!
