Asda Lowestoft Superstore

Reasonable prices very good store but ASDA Lowestoft just 1 request to the buying team : kindly add more varieties of Indian Foods, Lentils, Toor Dal, chana dal, dry chickpeas, big packets of Basmati rice (10kgs at reasonable price please. (brands like Laila, TRS, Indus, Natco etc . Other ASDA has these varieties but in LOWESTOFT we don't have these. Kindly give some good discounts to students. ASDA, keep up the good work Cater to the needs of the people at reasonable price Thank you

A few times recently we've been and Staff have been rude/unpleasant this time finally pushed me to complain. Don't know why I bothered though as the manager of the store was then just as entitled and rude. He apologised but then made attempts at justifying the behaviour of the rude member of staff and proceeded to throw hypothetical comparisons our way which isnt how an apology works! What a negative experience when we were having a lovely day until coming into the store and having our 2yr old picked at by the cashier and then the manager catching an arguementative attitude when we complained!

I have a holiday home in Corton and always visit the lowestoft store I can honestly say I have never had a disappointing visit. ALL the staff are so friendly and help. Nothing is too much trouble .Your staff training is amazing.

My daughter bought me some flowers for Mothers’ day. The flowers are beautiful all 4 stems! And the price was in double figures! What a rip off just because it’s Mothers’ day. If you’re going to up the price for these special occasions, make sure the goods reflect it. Absolutely disgusting!
