Whataburger - Lubbock

We stop in Lubbock overnight 4 or 5 times a year going back and forth between Austin and Colorado. We always get dinner at this Whataburger. After never getting our order right EVER we have decided never again. The fact that there are no customers at 6 at night should tell you something. We always ask for a plain grilled chicken sandwich for our dog?we even say no sauce, no lettuce, no tomatoes?just a piece of chicken and the bun. Every time it has everything on it!!!! You order a junior cheese burger with jalapeños?am told they can?t do that although it can be done on the app. I don?t know if these workers are college students or not but I hope not because that would be a sad commentary on our education system because it is clear that these kids don?t have the brains to even be out of first grade.

Always wonderful. Food is hot and fresh, helpful, and extremely sweet. Highly recommend. My sons and my favorite stop when we have to come for my doctors appointments

Came here a couple months ago and food was borderline awful. The chicken strips were dry, the fries were soggy, and the gravy was like water. I also ordered onion rings and got a side of someone?s half-eaten sandwich in the bag as well (I wish I was kidding, I thought the wrapped sandwich in the picture was an accidental extra, but it had some very obvious bites taken out of it). Not coming here again.

Good burgers but the fries are the best! Shoestring fries that aren't drowned in oil are unbeatable. I've always wanted to try Whataburger...now I can check it off the list.

This location has the worst service, we recieved cold burgers they blamed it on low staff, but we were the only ones in line?‍, I asked if my burger could be made a specific way, but no they couldn't even do that... I called and spoke with a manager by the name of Jacob and he had the worst customer service, we resolved nothing because besides my food being cold, he refused to admit my order was just all wrong in general.
