Contribuisci feedbackThe food was good, but the customer service is terrible!!!! We entered the facility, it took about 15 minutes before we were acknowledged or addressed by an employee. Finally, a young lady came to ask if we wanted a short or high table, we pointed to a high table. She said she would clean it and go back she went to the table took the dirty dishes, but then not finished cleaning the rest. We waited for her to finally come back and be done. Then we ordered that the food came quite fast, but they forgot my fries and the waitress never came by to check with us until we finished with our wings. She then came with the basket of the pommes that were hardly warm, I think she forgot them in the call window. They definitely need more help on Tuesday.
Service was terrible waitress just came to the table when I called her loud, I usually only wave to get attention, but she didn't even look in our direction. Or ask for food. Also the food was terrible, the pommes were cold, and the rolls felt as if they were pulled out of a freezer and straight the interior grilled because the top of the rolls was hard and cold, the meat was cold. I had that she took everything off and I paid for the wings of my daughter and left. The manager didn't even come by and told us all about the experience after I told the waitress. It's like he doesn't care. I will never recommend this place to everyone. But I'll tell them not to go there. I'm really surprised they're open, it's like the owner stopped taking care of how it ran and just glad he deserves money or something. When you open a business, you should take care of it and make sure it always went right with the right team.
I usually love this place, but I just bought the cauliflower frying basket. At first I called in the order and when I arrived at the time they said what was 30 minutes, I waited for another 15 minutes in the restaurant before someone came to the door. They helped me and asked for my name. Ten minutes left and they came out and asked my name again. Things seemed really unorganized. When I came home and opened my order, it had only 3 pieces of cauliflower in it. That was never the case. Then it got worse when I bite into a piece and it wasn't boiled. Typically, this order excavated a ranch and excavated the sauce over the top. Nothing was done. So essentially paid 12$ for basic pommes. I was really disappointed and it seems that quality has developed down lately. I often took my family there and really loved this place. I think I'll probably be won?t go back and wouldn't recommend it any more.
I give two stars because the food is decent. Here tonight and my brother and I have separate tickets. The waitress accused me of my brothers (what was more) and vice versa. The waitress had an attitude I could feel. When I come home, I see that I have actually been charged $9 more than the receipt (which I have), I will call the restaurant tomorrow to see what the deal is. Customer service has always been garbage here.
Get you some. The wings are always juicy and moist. Good variety of wing flavors. We are a family of 8. It can be a little crazy! My 5 year old baby girl is crazy for the chicken and waffles. Any time I give the option to go out for a meal she always requests Wing Daddys. ? There have been a few times where the food can take a bit to come out. Being a big family, I?m understanding. I don?t know what everyone else is complaining about. Try a little patience and understanding. Today, the general manager Jose came out to check on us. When they forgot to bring my daughter?s food out, he was quick to bring it out and was so friendly! Come by yourself. There?s a bar! Or bring your family! We will continue to come and eat here.
