The amount of times we go through the drive-thru and the person at the drive-thru makes it unnecessarily complicated is happening too many times.We have also got our order messed up. I ordered a sausage farmers wrap without egg, we only got the sausage. There was no cheese or sauce.I can't say I'm impressed

Hope we’re getting a free iced cap or iced coffee next time we go through, if your gonna train people to take orders take sure they can hear/doing it right, we shouldn’t have to pay for an iced cap when we never asked for one, if you don’t know the difference between cap and coffee you shouldn’t be taking orders. Or just train your employees correctly and you wouldn’t have this problem.

Average Tim's atmosphere. Very few options everything I go, usually out of my favorites, can't make sandwiches because they are cleaning the press, can't find my online order, just an overall disappointment as expectations for Tim's are pretty standard anywhere, this one has let me down.

Washroom was clean.Server was polite cheerful.Food was hot delicious ?

The woman this morning was snappish and sarcastic when going through the drive through at 6:30 am. I will never go again.
