The interior decor of the restaurant was beautiful and clean. The staff were attentive when needed and the food was excellent. My wife enjoyed the salmon tikka which she found to be exquisite, while my korma was flavorful. We finished our meal with cappuccinos and the girls had desserts. I did mention to the hostess that an Indian dessert would have made the night perfect. Overall, I would recommend Golden Moments to anyone looking for delicious food.
My recent dining experience at Golden Moments was delightful. Located in the charming town of Ludlow, the restaurant provided a warm welcome upon our arrival and promptly seated us at our tables. We enjoyed our drinks and poppadoms while admiring the excellent service from the courteous waitstaff. When our starters arrived, we requested a twenty-minute break before our main courses due to the generous portion sizes. The chilli chicken starter was a standout, offering bold and delicious flavors. Our main course of Jingha Chilli Bhuna continued to impress with its well-balanced taste. Despite being too full for dessert, we couldn't resist looking at the menu, which unfortunately did not include kulfi. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Moments and look forward to returning during the Ludlow Food Festival.
I have eaten at Golden Moments many times over the years, but after a recent visit with friends, I will not be going back. The food is good, but nothing extraordinary. What really disappointed us was the terrible customer service we received. We were not allowed to split the bill onto separate credit cards, even though we had done so in the past. When we asked why, the staff became hostile. Kitchen staff and waiters surrounded our table, creating a threatening atmosphere. It was uncomfortable and intimidating. After paying, a waiter rudely informed us that we were not welcome back. The whole experience was awful, and I have no intention of returning.
Awful, just awful. There are only two Indian Restaurants in this fine dining town and this one is truly disgusting. The food was cold when it got to us, delivered by hostile staff who were not in the least bit interested in serving us. the Tikka Masala was tasteless and the Dansak pretty awful to as reported by my partner.
