La Rusticana - Lübeck

After we walk around the whole morning we were quite hungry, so we decided to pizza! if you see la rusticana, don't run past this restaurant! the waiter was in a really bad mood. we should have run away, no! Two of us shared a pizza,...Moreover, pizza juices are on two tellers. pizza was in order, but the waiter ruined it for us to put too much in order and to supplement injuries, they charge us for my half the pizza! I would have known that I had the pizza on a teller. avoid this restaurant!

Service was terrible and eating under average. everything we tried to order the waiter, tried to change. then when the food arrived, it was still not correct. it's just not worth it. go somewhere else.

Really slow service. I asked for parmesan cheese twice without getting it and without saying when they took the tables.

Not very good “Italian” foods. salat was strange, not ligth or seasoned good, lasagne cold with a thick layer of cold cheese on the top, pizza ok. surprising eating without soul.

We ate here on New Year’s Eve and were looking forward to it. However on arrival the waiters were very rude and rushed us into ordering. My partner had the spinach ricotta cannelloni which arrived in a pool of cream. In biting into...his cannelloni he discovered it was hard uncooked. The whole meal was luke warm and had no flavour. It was supposed to be al forno but it was both stale and uncooked. When we mentioned it to the waiter he just shrugged and walked off, happy to charge us for the meal anyway. There were also complaints from tables both sides of us. One couple had bruschetta as a starter and the bread was stale (as was my partner’s with the cannelloni). On the other side a man asked for a large beer a small one turned up. When he queried it, he was told ‘that is big to us’. This is a place that stings you once, knowing well that you won’t return. Interesting that it was the only place at New Year not to be fully booked. Be warned and avoid if you would like a decent cooked meal.
