Golden City Chinese - Lumberton

They serve great Chinese food here. I used to go to Lung Wah when I wanted a buffet, but this place has become one of my favorites. I love to pair my rice with some kind of gravy, and I especially enjoy the beef and broccoli, pepper steak, and occasionally other items like wings or shrimp. Everything generally tastes great. The service is always good, and they always greet me warmly.

We ordered from here the day before Thanksgiving, and it was delicious. We quickly placed our order and were in and out in no time, as it wasn't very busy. My mother worked here when I was a child, and aside from a few minor changes in the interior, nothing else has changed. The Chinese food is just as good as I've enjoyed for years!

The restaurant features an excellent kitchen, with friendly and helpful staff. It boasts a visually appealing atmosphere and offers great prices.

Pretty typical buffet. All the food was fresh and trays full. Had a to go box and only wish the box was bigger.
