Starbucks Airside - Luton

I was so disappointed with everything, before flight I wanted to get my usual cold matcha tee with oat milk and vanilla syrup,the lady put too much matcha powder in the drink and it was so bitter that I couldn’t even drink it,so I gently waited and asked if she can remake it , I saw the face that she didn’t wanted to do that, I’m lactose intolerance so that’s the reason why I’m drinking with oat milk , i saw that she used normal milk this time for tee and just gave me with the attitude. I asked if that’s really with the oat milk, she looked confused but said yes , so basically she lied. But anyway I tried and of course it wasn’t oat milk. At that point I just threw drink away, because I wasn’t bothered to asked for the third time to remake,and the whole flight to Egypt was ruined, I’m not mad abotu 6£ that i spent on nothing but the whole attitude generally!

The coffee it was excellent, and the staff very nice and polite, I bought a ice mocha and because they saw I didn't like it , the ladies offer me a starbucks Caffè for free. Plus you have a place where you can charge your phone, witch for me it was very important having a connection flight and I had to wait 11hours..

Terrible tea, poor customer service. Don't bother waisting your money. Never going here ever again.

Been there just to drop of a family and want a simple flat white coffee while waiting to be serve I have quite look on prices of the stuff and this really make me sick One piece of muffin £3 this is disgusting!!! I know that cost of living are rising but this is ridiculous. As the girl was taking my order she charged me £3.70 for a small cup of flat white I have ask why as in the board state £3.65 and been informed that the extra it’s for a paper cup really??? “Starbucks” you trying to say that £3.65 do not cover cost of paper cup ? Also meant to mention while I have comment on pricing the girl that have served me make some comment in her native language to her colleague who smeared on her comment which definitely it’s not a professional approach towards the customer service Maybe some additional training on customers service would benefit them as this is not professional approach at all On that lovely note if you want overpriced coffee and muffin on top with the comment from the other side of the counter visit them priceless experience definitely

Impressed by quality of coffee and service. Everything was on time, friendly staff especially Pooja and Rohith.
