They didn't even have the breakfast menu up so I had to order from memory and had to ask them seven times for my order before they understood what I was asking for, which was just a honey chicken biscuit. They did not provide any napkins in the bag. The food was really good, but the service was enough to make me not ever want to return to this location, although this level of service seems to be on par for Wendy's, no matter which location I go to.
This is seriously the best Wendy’s I’ve ever ordered from, hands down. They don’t give me a gross, dried out chicken patty that’s equivalent to cardboard no, they give me yummy, FRESH, hot chicken sandwiches and they always make it correctly! Absolutely amazing. 10/10
They say they are open until midnight (Sunday night), but no one taking orders around 11:15pm. I waited 3 or 4 minutes, other cars just left. When I finally decided to leave there seemed to be 2 or 3 employees sitting at the tables out front. I slowed down to ask if they were open, but they seemed to be laughing at me so I just left. If you don't have the staffing to keep late hours, best to trim back your hours so people don't go to the trouble of leaving home. This, combined with slow, slow service times at the Wendy's farther west on 54 has convinced me NO MORE WENDYS! Just so poorly run.
SLOWEST WENDYS IVE EVER BEEN TOO. Do not accept courier orders here unless you want to wait 20 minutes plus in a drive through because they close the inside early.
This location is clean, the food is good, and the atmosphere is actually pretty good for a fast food restaurant. There's even a cute seating area. The staff was extremely accommodating of my sister's dietary restrictions. (She's got several food allergies and the staff took extra special care to keep her food safe AND tasty!)Dietary restrictions: If you ask they'll do everything they can to help with dietary restrictions
