California Pizza Kitchen At Marketstreet Lynnfield

Went on labor day with the wife and toddler. They were short staffed but the server was very professional and accommodating. Food sangria) were a big hit.

All fine until I woke up 7 hours after eating, throwing up and continued to throw up all night and today. Positive it is food poisoning from personal cheese pizza I ate. Cheese didn't look right and it took way too long for pizza to come out. I've ruled out other options because I haven't eaten out besides this in multiple days and have checked my food at home for expiration mold etc. Also tested negative for covid multiple times. Please watch out if you come here

I have been go there for years something happens to me and I reached to the manger and they didn’t do anything,I went there on September 11th i surprised after a few days they charge me extra 18$ because the waitress she was asking for extra tips, so they charge extra extra tips be aware don’t pay with your card you will end up like me

Today was the second time in two weeks that I've called to place a take out and was told that they're not accepting any more orders. Seems weird!

My granddaughter went here with her friends around April and said this place had horrible customer service. She walked in was seated and it took forever for someone to come up to them while there were waitress just standing around on their phones and chatting. They eventually got a waitress and she was very rude and giving dirty looks. Around 10 minutes later the waitress requested to switch tables and they had a new waitress and she was a little rude as well. This already seems odd to me but it gets even more strange. My granddaughter then got up to use the restroom to hear the waitresses badmouthing my granddaughter and her friends. They are all young laddies ages 15 and 16 and having grown women badmouthing them. That is absolutely disgusting. They then got their food and their pizza had hair all on top of it. Like anyone would my granddaughter asked to get a new pizza and they were making it a big deal. It was a black strand of hair and no one had black hair out of her friends. I wanted to try this place out for myself after hearing this experience. I was seated and it took about 15 minutes for a waitress to come over. She was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza the food was great and so was the chef. I asked for the check once i was done and the waitress says Well can you give me a sec. I was baffled by this behavior and the tone she said this in. I will not ever be returning here and I will be telling everyone I know not to go here. I would rather go anywhere else then to deal with this bullshit again.The food is good but just not worth it with the experiences me and my granddaughter had.
