I waited patiently, after 5 min I decided to leave.They need to work on their hospitality. This place doesn?t look very clean either. Taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the hype. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I don't recommend this Seafood Restaurand to NO ONE! My friend went to this restaurant for the 1st time to try it. She so MUCH REGRET IT her LOBSTER LEGS HAD LIQUID AMONIA. She was ABLE TO SMELL IT AND THEN she thought to herself maybe is just her. Well it ended up that her Lobster did have Amonia unfortunately when she swallowed one piece she knew it was Amonia. She immediately let my waiter know which she was a girl and she did not care at all she didn't even bother to call the restaurant manager to make him aware of the situation nothing. This restaurant ended up charging her for that disgusting Lobster with Amonia. She even ended up in the Hospital. Luckily nothing major happen to her. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SEE HER AGAIN!! NOT WORTH WHAT SHE PAID FOR.
Always Great Service If Dining in or Picking Up ! Great Young Staff fast , Polite Attentive?. Didn?t Need to Ask for Anything ! Servers Food Have Been Always On Point . Thanks Bryan For Best Service????????????
Old building and need of a reopening filled with young staff that barely give good service. Music sounds like it's from a closed down reggeton club that opened for about 4 months. Bugs on the windows another alive and dead. Cobwebs looking like it's always Halloween. The menu pricing ought to be invested back into the business. Clearly not and they still expect a tip ????.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO BE SPENDING $100 AND OVER ASIDE GAVE EXTREMELY BAD,AND UNEXCEPTABLE SERVICE ,THE RESTAURANT IS VERY SMALL IN THE INSIDE AND HE REFUSED TO OPEN THE OTHER SIDE BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY 2 WAITERS, THEN HE TRIED TO DENY US CLAWS FOR OUR CRAB LEGS...STEADY WITH A SMIRK ON HIS FACE TAKING OUR ORDER..TURNS OUT HE PLAYED REVENGE WITH OUR FOOD WE SPENT CLOSE TO $300 DOLLARS. AS I SAID WE REQUESTED CLAWS FOR THE CRAB LEGS AND ASKED THAT THE FOOD BE FRESH..WE GOT BACK TEN MINUTES LATER HE WAS WALKING AROUND ON BREAK AFTER HE MESSED OUR ORDER UP NOT ONLY WERE THINGS MISSING BUT IT WAS ROOM TEMPERATURE AND GOT HOME TO EAT AND EVERYTHING WAS OLD !!!!POTATOES, SAUSAGE,CORN,SHRIMP AND CRABLEGS.I TRIED CALLING TO COMPLAIN AND GET MY REFUND,BUT THE ANSWERING SERVICE PICKS UP AND YOU CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE BECAUSE THE VOICE MAIL BOX IS FULL.SADDDDDD.I PRAY THE MANAGER GETS BACK TO ME BECAUSE THIS ONE EMPLOYEE AND ANY OTHERS LIKE HIM RUIN PEOPLE BUSINESSES AND THEY NEED TO KNOW, BECAUSE HE WALKS AWAY WITH A PAY CHECK FOR TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT????.SIGNED VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER........
