A lot of creativity in Apothicaries. A pleasure for taste buds! Dinner in 8 services is very exciting with associations of tastes and flavors for the least amazing. Smile and a pleasant setting. A very nice discovery!

A faultless ballad for the taste buds. Nice to see the smile of the staff at the top. Restaurant with a fairly modest surface but in a warm and comfortable environment. A must do!!!

It was a very good visit, the servers were nice, very well informed and made a summary of each dish with fluidity and clarity. The dishes were very sophisticated, using highly sought-after ingredients and their combinations were actually successful. The fresh lavender shell with tomato water, tartare beef and whiskey-brownie ice cream with grape pepit oil were particularly successful, a true culinary success that was sincerely appealing to my taste. Marsannay's wine was perfect to accompany this meal, well fruity and a little corsé, a drink that drinks with great pleasure. The bread came from the baker next to him and it was really very good (hot, very crispy and levin), accompanied by a real good butter, a real pleasure to wait between each dish. The frame was also very pleasant, inside and on the very present terrace. With respect to the improvements, I would say that the coffee deserves to be a little more inspected: it lacked cream (indication of grains that are no longer fresh or a lack of pressure from the espresso machine) and the drink was a little too watery for a real espresso (ratio of coffee too low). The coffee ice was a real pleasure but the combination with cherry would have won a little more research to my taste, whether in the texture or in the aromatic balance (a higher price to accomplish this would not be a problem, a very fermented coffee could have brought a unique touch for example). This address in any case really deserves a return on a trip to Lyon and it will be very difficult to find a menu of quality and creativity for such a reasonable price. I look forward to seeing the new creations of this beautiful restaurant.

An elegant setting. Tasty and original dishes, a high quality service. However, the plates should be slightly more copied.
