I took my boyfriend here for his 30th birthday this past Saturday. The Filet Oscar was amazing. I also had a few martinis which were great as well. The server we had was very attentive and helpful. Both my boyfriend and I were very pleased. When I’m back in Macon I will come visit again.
The staff is amazing. Especially the bartenders! Food is delicious and the service is impeccable. You can't beat half price wine on Tuesdays!
Tonight I visited the Tic Toc Room for the very first time. Being a Macon resident I have visited a few of the local restaurants, which I have enjoyed. For my birthday dinner though, I wanted to try somewhere that I have never been- so I did! Five stars would surely be an understatement for this lovely restaurant. If I could, I'd review them with at least 100! The service was simply amazing, our waiter, Alex did an amazing job with serving us- his personality was simply amazing! Definitely perfect for a restaurant environment! The atmosphere was also very nice. This is somewhere where I will tell my local friends and out-of-town/state friends, too, to visit! I will most definitely come here again and again! Thank you for the amazing experience, Tic Toc Room!
The food was delicious. It's been an unusually busy Monday night, and the food did take a while to arrive. I was at a 3 star review at first, but the staff did their best to make up for the house's shortcomings. It would have been nice to see an owner or manager at some point to apologise for the wait from the kitchen. Josh on the bar poured some great drinks and kept me entertained during my wait. Paul was working the floor but every time he came to the bar, he made sure I was taken care of, as well as other guests that walked up to the bar while Josh was busy. Overall, I would say give this place a try while you're in Macon. I'm here solo for business and was very welcomed at the bar. Note to management, take note of Paul and keep him as long as you can. He truly cares about his work and your restaurant.
