Cebu's Original Lechon Belly

Absolutely masarap each bite was delightfully salty, rich in flavour and fully satisfying. The meat is tender, juicy and the skin crispy, adding texture to each mouthful. This is not fancy food, but it's abundant, very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. We'll come here every time we transit through the Cebu airport. Oh I forgot to mention this is the belly of the animal, as opposite to shops where they cook the entire thing...the belly is fattier, more tender and just an explosion of flavour.
