Contribuisci feedbackI really wanted to give a lower rating because the drive thru is SO slow. But the more I thought about it, the more I couldn't and here's why. The guy taking my order (6/28) was friendly and professional (that's not always my experience here). And the time from ordering to recieving my (admittedly small and simple order for just myself and my roommate) was actually very quick. And the 3 ppl I could see inside were all moving with a sense of purpose (not what I expected given how long I waited in line). I'm guessing that with all the new restaurants in the Clift Farms area, they just can't find enough workers. And after 9pm (when I tend to visit), there aren't a lot of places open (which is why I'm there too) so they get slammed. Never had any problems with the food, but for real, they need to fix their receipt printer. It's been down for a LONG time.
Ok taco bell on hwy 72..... it's time to get it together.#1) I ordered a steak quesadilla, when I got it, it had a tiny bit of meat on and only on 1 side. And they didnt cut it up. It was basically a taco on a large flour shell with a tiny bit of meat#2) the shutdown has been over for a while so please open up the dining area so we can come in and order instead of wasting gas in a 2 mile long line for a meatless taco on a burrito shellYou guys have to get it together. This is past ridiculousness
I always leave the drive thru thinking that was such a pleasant experience. There is always a line but they don't waste any time and get everyone in and out. I love my Madison/72 Taco Bell.
Ordered through the app, waited in drive thru for an hour, received order, got home food was cold and missing tacos, sauce, napkins and utensils. Called the number, no answer! Do not recommend going to this location….I will drive a few miles longer to go to the other location who gets the food right and is hot when order is received.
Through the drive thru. he waited for 45 minutes to place my order that is not a biggie. but after I paid, they told me to go to the sidewalk entrance and they'd get my food out. they said it was a minute for the Mexican pizza. When they had given me orders, I repeated it and they said that was correct. I come home and that one product that was missing is the Mexican pizza that is the only reason why we had to move forward first. then I went on to call the load 5 times without answer.
