Goiko Princesa - Madrid

From beginning to end was brilliant all night! the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. we have both selected various burgers so we can halve it. they were both beautiful! beautifully seasoned and perfectly juicy and tasteful. with a soft bungalow and one side of fritten. the personal was just as wonderful, vanessa was our server that she was great. she was friendly, patient and efficient! we also had the pleasure of speaking at the end with valdemere, who was also beautiful! would recommend them very much! thank you for making our last night in madrid wonderful!

Goiko grill is an average restaurant for burger. probably should make a reservation before they visit it. the prices were high what they offer. (nachos for 11,50 euro the staff was very polite and friendly.

Had lunch with a customer at Goiko Princesa. We had read excellent comments and reviews, so why not try it. First of all and most importantly, the staff was great and helpful, always with a smile which improves the experience. As far as the food,...we shared the tequeños accompanied by a passion fruit sauce. Probably not the best choice to go along with these nice fried dough filled with cheese. We both ordered burgers,in my case a Chiplote medium/medium rare which i must say was more rare, almost like eating a raw ground meat patty. Flavor was ok, but nothing that will make me remember this burger. My colleague had a Yankee, in his case he requested a well done burger . It was a bit burnt on the outside, but must say that the inside was still juicy for a well done burger. The rib meat was nice and flavorful. It was nice to see a selection of American beers, concretely Flying Dog IPAs, Pale Ales,etc.. Overall experience was average, expected something more, but maybe because i set my expectations high... will try again, hopefully soon

We had abit of a wait to get in here as it was fully booked but it was definitely worth it. The burgers were gorgeous and the staff were very nice. We ever had a nice street view to eat. Would definitely revisit to try...something else.

The best hamburger I have ever had, and definitely the best in Madrid, a rich menu of dishes, I visited the place several times so I tasted a large number of dishes, very juicy burger comes at a perfect level of cooking, the meat is...super quality and tasty. In advance, the city has a few branches, I also ate in Barcelona and the dishes at the same high level. Just worth getting to taste !!
