Solaire - Madrid

Restaurante Solaire ofrece una amplia carta con especialidad en marisco, pescados frescos y carnes rojas. Ofreciendo también menús a medida para grupos o eventos y menús diarios incluso en fin de semana.

Popped in as staying nearby at Exe Plaza and colleague arrived late. The bar/restaurant was absolutely packed I guess there must have been some do going on but we managed to get through the crowd to the bar. My colleague ordered a plate of calamari which he enjoyed and we were then offered lots of tapas items as I guess they had over ordered but very welcome and gratis! I had already called in late afternoon for a beer and was given a sandwich. Although it does not look much from the outside it is surprisingly convivial and clearly a locals haunt.

First time I was having Spanish omelette from Spain, though I had Spanish omelette from other places but I understood the authenticity. They have multiple variety of omelettes with mashed potato etc. Fantastic ..I will go there again.

Es en estos lugares, los bares de barrio de toda la vida, donde se come a buen precio comida casera, abundante y con los sabores tradicionales que nos han acompañado desde siempre. Servicio al cliente profesional, super amable, súper atentos, serviciales y rápidos. En el local no hacía más que entrar gente, se acababan los platos y seguían entrando clientes. Y aún así, son capaces de atender a todo el mundo y estar pendiente de todo. Allí nos atendió Claudia, una chica muy guapa y eficiente que estaba pendiente de todo y trabaja de maravilla. Se come muy bien. Fantásticos los huevos rotos con gulas, así como el cocido. Pedí unas natillas que estaban muy ricas, pero me sorprendió mucho que me la sirvieran en un vaso de tubo, como los que ponen para el agua. Las natillas suelen ir en boles de cerámica, tarros, pero nunca en vaso. La presentación también es importante.

Buen lugar cerca de Plaza de Castilla para comer menú. Camarero agradable y servicial.
