Wendy's - Magna

This is the best Wendy's in Salt Lake County.!Everytime I come, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is courteous. Food is hot and they are clean.I am especially impressed by their chipper attitude, considering the fact that customers are a*#holes nowadays....LOVE WENDYS IN MAGNA!KEEP IT UP !!

Last time we came here the chicken in my sandwich wasn’t done all the way. We gave it another shot today the drinks taste like chemicals and we found pieces of plastic in our burger. Disappointed and won’t be going back.

It's a Wendy's. So I will be back. But man, outside of Moab, this Wendy's has the worst waiting time for drive thrus and in person. It always seems to be super slow here.Spent half an hour to wait for 4-5 people order... And it's not the first time either...

WORST FOOD I've had from them in years. I ordered a Ranch Chicken Sandwich, with extra ranch because they tend to be dry and no bacon.Not only did I not get extra ranch, but I got bacon. The bacon was burned, and the whole right side of the chicken was so burned I couldn't eat it and what I could eat tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. My fries were stone cold and hard as rocks. The Coke I got was mostly fizz and I couldn't even taste the Coke. The orange frosty was good though, but my order cane to 37.50, so I basically paid 15 bucks for some ice cream, and food I couldn't eat or drink. NOT HAPPY! FYI they were not busy. They had 2 cars in the drive through and no one in the seats. No excuse for this at all.

They always do a pretty good job remembering extra things like sauces/drinks. The service is always quick and friendly.
