Contribuisci feedbackThe food tasted amazing but we was waiting for our food for half an hour and when I checked on the bill for the food I realized the waitress only added our drinks so people turned up after was on there mains when we received our starter.
I ordered dinner for four people using Deliveroo, but only received three dishes from the restaurant (Wagamama). When I contacted the restaurant about the missing dish, they advised me to reach out to Deliveroo for assistance. Unfortunately, I had to request a refund online and could not speak to anyone directly to resolve the issue. After requesting a refund, I placed a new order for a dish and two sides. However, when the second order arrived, one of the sides was missing. This mistake was not on Deliveroo's part, but rather a result of incompetence from Deliveroo Maidstone. I have informed my family that I will not be ordering from them again.
Spot on from the moment of our arrival till the end! Fran was lovely,great customer service and always smiling! My son will make it a habit on going at least every month! Thank you!
Wagamamas is the place to be. Except for when you arrive as a couple for a walk in. And then wait for 30mins for a table but the table of 9 behind you are offered to get seated first. Despite only arriving two minutes ago. Discussed with the other couples in the que, of whom were happy to share a table with us so that we all could eat. As we all wanted to eat and had been waiting 30mins together. Normally I wouldn’t be disappointed by Wagamamas but now I’ll think twice before coming back to one…
Arrived seen to a seat after a few minutes wait. Placed on a bench time seating , very tired looking premises and furniture, route to the toilets really grotty. Food came out different times but were told to expect this. Music so loud you couldn’t hear each other speak. Very disappointed with whole experience.
