Tastes very fresh! Unique rolls. We had the salmon and prawn rolls. Both were delicious. The squid salad was my favorite. Only complaint: Though the family ordered ahead of time, the wait was over an hour for takeout.

The off menu salmon roll is GREAT! I strongly recommend it. I can't give it a 5 because I haven't tried everything. But strongly recommend the salmon rolls!

Found this gem through my friend who frequently orders the mango prawn rolls for our gatherings. I had a gathering with my nieces and nephews and I ordered the salmon rolls, mango prawn rolls and the shaken beef with noodles. Everything was delicious! my nieces and nephews loved the food and asked for the contact. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and nice. I highly recommend the food here for small and large gatherings.

We catered our party through Saigon Xua. Instead of ordering per tray items like many other to go places, Phillip, very friendly guy, suggested we tell them how many guests we had. He and the chef put together a menu for us. We had 50 guest but I tell ya the food was enough to feed 75+ guests. It was pricey but well worth it. They offered free delivery! Although they were 10 minutes late, still good in my books for Asian time. Yet the guests haven't arrived...Phillip personally helped me set up the trays quickly. A real plus for me being the only there. We had the grilled shrimp mango rolls (what they're known for, a huge hit with the crowd), black pepper ragu (another hit with the drunk peeps, whew I thought for a second it wasn't), nui Xao tender beef strips (kids and adults enjoyed them alike), grilled shrimp salad, gia xe phay goi, and combination stir fry noodle (must have at every party). Everything was tasty and delicious. It had people asking me where I got all this food. And to sweeten the deal, the chef added 50 refreshing coconut jello cups with real coconut slices in it for dessert. FREE of charge. Btw the chef is Phillip's sweet mom. I definitely would catered here again and will have to try some of their other dishes. Sorry I didn't take any pictures, just videos of the endless food trays and somehow it won't let me access the videos to upload for all of you to over!

Placed an order on Yelp but system seems not to be functioning properly my order was canceled since the business is under new management. Ordered crab maw soup, was going to order the beef stew but bread is sold separately and would've taken 10 minutes to be defrosted and served to go, unless I wanted to take home a cold stew for $10. $8 for the small crab soup, kind of pricey for container size. Nonetheless convenient parking. Plenty of prepackaged desserts and food for takeout.
