Contribuisci feedbackA Currywurst for 15 Euro???? Seriously??? And a Brezel covered with tons of salt for 5 euro, a coke for 8 euro? Really guys…what is wrong with you? If it had been good at least but it was horrible. No. Never again.
Located directly at the river and to a marina the setting is very nice, especially in summer when the weather is good. We only had drinks, so I am not sure about the food. Drinks were good (regional iced tea available! , the service was ok and polite, but not especially nice.
I was there for a party after a wine market the place did a terrific job. Our group took over the whole restaurant inside and out. The location and views were terrific right on the water overlooking the river. Food was great and so was staff. The dishes just kept coming: weisswurst, salmon with a salad, risotto, gnocchi, vitello tonnato, beef tartar, hamburgers etc etc then desserts such as panna cotta. All the dishes were really tasty and fresh.
I have experienced the kitchen of frank buchholz several times in his other high-end restaurant buchholz in mainz gonsenheim (now unfortunately closed) and it was incredible. in comparison to these previous experiences was bootshaus a great disappointment. ambiente and location is great! the service was however inattentive, very slow and rude. eating was what you can get in any average pub at the train station. I understand the concept of offering very simple classics on the menu that have their own charm and can be very nice. but also simple eating can be prepared at high level: with first-class ingredients, well presented and prepared at the point. my calfscarf was very tough and tough, carving armor was very detached from meat, salat and carrots fade. my wife had the stone butter was boiled and the sauce also very fad. positiw was the good choice of weeping from the region, but this very high price. I would say everything on average for each other, bad compared to what we had expected from a beech wood restaurant. .
Table outside beautiful location tartar very good t. main dishes ok would have hoped me more raffinesse and more spices: Buchholz quality just .schnitzel wiener art. you can make much better steak meat quality relatiw twitty and rich in fat.
