Easy Chiak Kopitiam - Malacca

Tue 19 Sep 2023 I discovered this 'hidden gem ' during my morning walk around Bukit Serendit from my late Macha house. After reading rave reviews we decided to drop in for breakfast today before heading to my sister in law house. The one-year-old plus eatery is hidden behind the popular Muar Cafe outlet. The place is airy, clean and right with popular Chinese background pop music. The menu is extensive with popular breakfast items and 'siu chau ' dishes. My wife ordered her favourite hiong dai mei (fried bee hoon in a fragrant base) and a soft-boiled egg set. l opted for the signature double yellow fried noodle. The dishes tasted above average and decent. As usual, we shared a steaming hot mug of Milo Kosong. Sally also ta pau or packed some meals and snacks for the rest of the day. The service was courteous and efficient. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Plenty of public parking bays are available. Highly recommended.

This 双面黄 is really good and is worth the try! The only Kopitiam in Melaka who serves this!!! Highly recommend 10/10!

Seems quite popular for a kopitiam that's quite hidden from the road , enjoyed the simple nasi lemak bungkus and theirtoast bread with fried egg sambal ..
