Seriously WHY ask what sauce you want and never give customers any. ALL FF do it. If I wanted to park and go in for anything WHY go through the drive through. Food: 4 Service: 3

Gave us large gravy and no mashed potatoes .. because they have none but never said anything.. seriously.. then didn't give us coleslaw and are now sitting in the drive-thru for a half hr to get a refund because our chicken is cold. They told us one of the managers quit 2 yesterday and still sitting here as I type. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Restaurant was dirty and if you go inside your gonna wait 20-30 minutes to get your food because they only care about the drive thru if your thinking about eating here I would find somewhere else Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So this was probably the single worst drive through experience I have ever had. Wife and I went through the drive through so I could get something to eat. My wife grabbed some fries to munch on for the drive. When we got our order the fries were cold. Like room temperature, hard and crunchy. We were still at the window so we showed the fries to the cashier and asked if we could get warm fries. She just looked at us and said we could have something else, like Mac and cheese. We did a couple of iterations of this before giving up and driving away. It was a truly strange experience. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go in and try to talk with a manager. For now we will simply avoid this location.
