Waited here for 15 minutes, and no employee came to the counter. We pressed the call button on the counter twice. Ended up leaving without trying the actual boba, so take this with a grain of salt if you are curious about the drinks. Kind of didn't feel like giving them my business after that long anyway though.

What happened to this place??? I came there today and nobody there, I saw a sign that said employee in bathroom right now, what?? And I was patient and wait for them like 20 minutes but still no one showed up, I also ring the bell many time but no response or anything!!! Also the smell so bad inside, the trash is full, it’s look like they didn’t take out the trash for a few days, that’s why the smell so bad. I don’t think the employee want to serve me and other costumers who waiting with me, they did that sign and just want us to leave. After 30 minutes for waiting them so I decided to leave, this place is so horrible!!!!

I ordered the brûlée dirty milk. It was like 80% salt. I was gagging. I don't know how they serve drinks like this. 0 stars additionally for the employee who refused to give me a refund or remake my drink or ANYTHING after serving me the boba equivalent of pickle juice. Thanks for gaslighting me by saying it's fine and refusing to look up from your phone though, Heidy. Really disgusting place. Edit: I actually feel sick after that. This place is an actual health hazard and that employee Heidy L. needs to be fired for poisoning customers with dangerous amounts of salt. Disgusting!

They don't follow their own posted hours, I'm standing outside 20 minutes after opening and the doors are locked, no employees can be seen inside.
