Holdfast Cottage - Malvern

Lovely cottage feel, nice cozy bedroom and and got a room with a garden view which was big and lovely. However, 3 stars because I could feel springs through the mattress and when you're paying £80 you expect better. Good location but apparently in transition as no breakfast available as no chef! We wanted a view but got the car park view! Lovely room and reception were very helpful Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

Hi all , lovely beautiful room , stunning location , love it here if we had a better service as there’s nobody here lol no breakfast as they don’t do it on a Monday so on weirdly if I needed anything you got to ring her she went home only lives around the corner no bar open its shut it’s basically a air bnb nobody here lol she was here at the start gave us extra tea coffee ring if u need me lol Noteworthy details: Nobody here at all just to give us the key in the 2 days of us being here , looked up the number if I needed her on google lol
