I stopped by for a lunch and had a fantastic meal. The Greek yogurt was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly, even though they were extremely busy. The restaurant was also very clean. I would definitely recommend it.
I stopped by for lunch today after seeing a tempting picture of the chicken hot pot. It did not disappoint - delicious! The service was excellent and quick, I didn't have to wait long at all. I highly recommend trying the chicken hot pot!
Very much like the other EAT places in town. Good veggie options, staff helpful with gluten free advice. Turns out it was salad or soup. Would be nice to see some gluten free sandwiches in here. No public toilet Great place and lovely fresh food. This place is for lunch or a coffee.
I am not usually one for writing reviews about restaurants especially not fast food/cafes but I am that shocked at what I saw at Eat I had to say something. When I was entering there was a staff member walking out of the door with 3 big bags of rubbish which is fair enough but I stood to the side of the door he could pass, he did not thank me nor smile at me and as the first impression of a new eatery inamcheater City centre I think that was a very bad way to start. I then came to the counter to order my food the young red head lad didn't say hello or smile at me he just carried on spraying his disinfectant of which landed on me! He then asked what I wanted...the quality of the sandwich wasn't the best but it was edible. Whilst waiting for my food the red haired staff members phone started to ring loudly from under the counter...then the same staff member who had been taking the rubbish out then walked around to a few tables and wiped the crumbs and rubbish off not only was he wiping them onto the chairs and floor but he was using his bare HANDS...I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. To make it worse he then opened himself a can of diet coke and stood in front of me drinking it...turned the music up fairly loud. As I sat eating my less than average sandwich of which with a drink I paid over £7 for!!! One of the staffs, what I can only guess friend came in, the young red haired male serving gave him free samples of food, a drink and his friend then sat down eating his free food!!! I think this is he most unprofessional place I have eaten in manchester recently and I do eat in Eat and a few other similar places fairly often. I won't spending my money in here again! Disgusting service!
