Just a little noisy for 3 pensioners 71 but really enjoyed eating personal was really friendly

We took the grandkids here for lunch on Sunday. I had the delicious breakfast flatbread, my wife the (best ever her words) chicken club sandwich, and the kids had buttermilk pancakes. They asked for a change to the listed toppings which was provided without hesitation, and similarly changed one of the drinks when the grandson didn’t want ice. Edison also serves really good coffee. We were served by Grace and Charlotte, who were pleasant, friendly and efficient throughout. Thanks guys, we will definitely be back.

The main issue was how long breakfast took to arrive from ordering we waited 45 minutes. Once the food arrived it was very good but such a long wait for not being busy on arrival. Also ordered a pot of tea that went to another table so just added to the frustration. The place it’s self is nice well decorated. It could have been a one off food taking so long but it’s but us off going again.

Lovely food staff were wonderful, all at a reasonable price, had a great time.

Didn’t eat just drinks service was spot on and the staff were really accommodating sorting us a large table upstairs
