Fuji Japanese - Mandalay

A beautiful place to eat authentic Japanese cuisine. this place probably has more than they think. eating is absolutely delicious and will always surprise them when they come

Overall, eating is delicious and clean. the atmosphere is loud for my lust. lärm out of the kitchen and other noises can interfere for someone who likes quiet environment. some seats are located directly below the air cone so they need to choose the right seat if they don't like cool air. service is good, but it is not convenient to get the attention of the staff during peak hours. but waiter come to my table as soon as I call and they are quick to react and well manned. a part is, it takes a lot of time to be ready the Bento box(set). other than that, other foods are fast arriving mainly ramming. ramen is quite bland for me, but my sister who like to eat Japanese food said it is quite good (they recommend.) Tonkatsu set is my favorite. the fried pork is light and soft but coating is crispy. tempura and torikage(Frittes huhn) of the Bento set are recommended (my sis said so xd)

The hotel is located in ocean Super-center. a good Japanese restaurant in mandalay. beautiful, clean n relaxing atmosphere. good services, but food is a little expensive. taste is okay.

If you like Japanese food and want premium service, this is the one to choose. Be aware that everything premium comes with good price.

The food is very nice, but pricey. It is a good choice if you are craving Japanese food including sashimi.
