We?ve placed multiple orders online, and not a single time the order was ready for pickup even after showing up 30 minutes late! Today the same thing happened.. only thecustomer service was worse than usual! They made us wait until all the other customers in line were serviced, and then the rudeemployees proceeded to tell us that they ran out of Italian bread (because they didn?t prepare our online order when it wasplaced an hour ago, and instead catered to the in-store customers first! so we can either wait or leave! Never going back tothis Subway again.
Absolutely the worst Subway location I?ve ever been to. Everytime we place an online order it is never ready and if there is a line, expect to wait another half an hour. The orders are also always missing ingredients. Don?t waste your time. Go to theSubway on the Causeway Approach.

I worked at this restaurant during high school in 2016/2017, and I have to say, Mike is an awful boss. He fired me because I requested too many days off for school and church. In my final week there, he scheduled me only on a day I had requested off for the week and on Sunday morning, which was unusual since I never worked mornings, especially not Sundays. Additionally, he would make us teenagers clock out early and then work late to avoid getting in trouble for violating our curfew. His behavior was very misogynistic. A friend of mine wasn't put on the schedule for months, so she eventually found a new job, and then out of the blue, he scheduled her again.
