Joe's Backyard Bbq - Manhattan Beach

Loved the vibe at Joeys especially this location in Manhattan Beach. They have other at stores and restaurants and a parking garage which is always a plus in Los Angeles. Lots of outdoor seating and just overall very friendly staff. Our table wasn’t ready when we got there but they offered us a glass of sparkling white wine while we waited. We went for happy hour and they had lots of choices and food was delicious. My favorite was the seared salmon sushi and the sushi cone. I’ve been to other Joeys before so I know the rest of the menu is also really good including the lobster ravioli.

I’m late to writing this review! This restaurant was close to the airport LAX. I had just came from a flight and stopped by for a bite to eat with family. I went a few months ago but I loved the experience. While we waited for our table we were offered champagne. Time went by very quickly. The service was great! Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu had great recommendations. The menu was diverse there was something for everyone in my party. Fancy drinks. I can’t wait to dine here again! It’s a bit far from home OC but worth the drive. I really suggest coming to eat here if your looking to try something new. Guaranteed an eye catching dinner or a romantic date.

Great atmosphere and great tasting food. The servers were attentive enough to know you need a refill, but also let you enjoy your conversation. Lettuce wraps are a must have. Plus, there is free champagne. Plus their plant based vegan options are TASTY! I mean come on!

Great service and amazing staff! Complimentary champagne upon arrival. I am pleased the food isn’t over priced like similar upscale restaurants. Would highly recommended the JOEY Champagne 75! The crispy potatoes were interesting, it’s almost like a loaded baked potato but an egg roll (unique to say the least). Perfect for date night and/or girls night!

Great restaurant with gorgeous interior/exterior design and ambiance. We opted to sit outdoors to enjoy the sunny socal weather, ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Power Bowl and the Katsu Chicken Peanut Salad. Both excellent. Will be coming back!
