Blum Coffee Bar - Mannheim

What an unfriendly, rude and arrogant team. The service was coldly polite towards all customers. Quality of food is somewhere between mediocre and good at best, nothing homemade or exclusive. They have a sign prohibiting baby buggies and prams. That's alright, I guess, since the place is quite tight and narrow and, of course, they tried to fit in as many tables as possible. A tad too many. But what is inacceptable is how rudely they treated a mother when I was there: They threw her out before she could even say a thing. It was obvious that she knew about their policy, yet seemed to have a reason to come in. Appalling place.
