The Orchard Cafe - Manning

The crab meat sandwich was outstanding. The chili was good and desserts are unbelievable.

Sandwich was great. The two ladies at the counter were useless. All they did was chat among themselves. No table service, no personality dealing with customers but they did welcome a tip. The $3 tip I left should have been given to charity instead. But, good sandwich. Dessert looked great but we didn't purchase due to the lack of service.

Delightful Cafe in Downtown Manning. Not listed on Yelp but should be! All day bagel breakfast sandwich with delicious bacon, fluffy eggs, incredibly fresh bagels were delicious. A large assortment of mouth-watering pastries and puddings. Lovely red doors open up to a historic and charming Cafe. Only downside was that they served all food, including dine-in, in Styrofoam. It kind of broke my heart to see it.

This week's fly-in lunch was to Santee Cooper airport and they suggested we try this place to eat. They have a lunch buffet and we found it quite good. I had salad, fried chicken , green beans, corn, cabbage, mac and cheese, corn bread, pulled port and cake. Plus the sweet tea was good. Server kept our glasses filled. Price was reasonable $12 for all you could eat.
