Wendy's - Mansfield

Went there with 30 of family members and friends after my dad's funeral, Food and drinks was great, our waiter and waitress were fantastic they got our orders correct, made sure we had all the drinks that we wanted took good care of us. We will definitely go back . I highly recommend this place

Yesterday was my last day at this place after working about a year and a couple months. people i worked with were the coolest and most supportive people i have ever met. definitely going to cherish the memories i have made, the meatloaf, the summoning of the frosty cup, the nights we were understaffed during the winter and it was always chill at night, the list could go on. shoutout to jamie for getting me those cookies they slapped. one last thing, garrett if you’re reading this i never asked if you got that vcr, also eww. peace.

Faster service and are pommes hot. good food. food: 5/5

The prices go down to the service, it is not only wendy’s, if the people in the window do not even open the window far enough to put their hand out, will not tell them how much their meal was. either window none of them hardly spoke to me. seems as they had paid their employees less much better service. I think a bit of workout would go a long way

The lady in the window was rude. practically threw our food through the drive-dru window, said no word and hit the window when I asked her one. we parked on the parking lot of wendy’s to eat our meal, so it was immediately consumed, but to my shame that was eating cold. I ordered speck cheeseburger and the sandwich was not joined together, it was disassembled and there was a piece of speck on the sandwich about one inch long the fries were cold and there was no syrup in the diet coke, so it was very bitter and unconsumable. at the price of $10, which I was charged for a small hamburger cold pommes and a rotten pop, I went to the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. he was actually a very nice man and after I had explained what the dame did in the window and how the food was put into our pocket. he said yes, I know, and that it would take care of it. he gave me a new pop after repairing the machine when she ran out of sirup and gave us a fresh hamburger who was 100% better than the original. I know this is a fast food restaurant, but my wife and I ate there this day for $21 and I would rather have gone to a sit-down restaurant and just a bit more for a healthier meal that we will next time.
