Worst pizza ever order half chicken half veggie with thin crispy only got chicken on 3 slices check the crust on sides waste of money horrible ????????

I ORDER PIZZA AUGUST 27 TIME 10 PM THAY NEVER DELVERED PIZZA AND THAY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARDS $44.00 plus some Cents and I visit the Store 11 times please REFUND MY MONEY ALL OF THEM TOOK MY INFORMATION ALWAYS WAHT NO ONE REFUND MY MONEY.... WATCH OUTTHAT STORE NO APPRECIATE THEM

I had ordered online from this place a few weeks ago and realized I needed another pizza, so I placed a second order for the same time. The second pizza arrived 20 minutes early, but the second one never showed up. I called the restaurant and they said it was on the way, but then I received a call from Grubhub/DoorDash (can't remember which one) saying they were at the restaurant but there was no order for pick-up. Called the restaurant again, and they admitted they messed up but said the pizza was on the way. Another 20 minutes passed, and I called again to find out it was still sitting there, but they would send someone immediately. At this point, I wanted to pick it up myself, but they assured me someone was on the way. Despite living 10 minutes away, the pizza didn't arrive until 30 minutes later, more than an hour past when it should have been ready. For an $80 order, I expected better service. This place was a disorganized mess and ruined my daughter's 16th birthday party.

We had a party of 20 people after going to the bowling alley, and the restaurant accommodated us even though some of our group did not join. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were seated promptly, and the buffet was fresh and delicious as usual.

The food at this restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that they do not provide a server utensil for the pizza. I found it odd that they did not offer one, especially since hot pizza typically requires one. Even plastic forks and paper plates would have sufficed. All the other round table pizzas I have had in the past provided real forks and plates.
